Free Tarot 101 class at Kansas City Public Library, Central Branch… Ever wondered what makes a Tarot deck unique? And how exactly do you use one to answer questions and gain insight? In this class we will discuss the origins of the Tarot, its structure, and how to start interpreting the cards right away!

Tamper-proof documents are created by hand using small slits, tabs, and folding techniques to allow the intended recipient to tell if the message has been intercepted. Analog encryption… the original “document security!”

Join me in the Salon for Possible Futures to learn some basic letterlocking techniques and discuss the very human practice of “passing secret notes.” No experience necessary.
